Mentors sought for the leadership programme Partners-In-Learning
In September 2026, a new cohort of the Partners in Learning (PIL) leadership program for assistant professors will begin. The programme aims to strengthen participants’ understanding of the conditions of academia, academic merit and progression, and strategic career choices, and to support their development as future academic leaders. Mentorship is a central component of the programme and offers participants the opportunity to engage in reflective discussions with a senior colleague with broad experience in academia. It represents a valuable contribution to the long-term development of both the individual and the institution. The assignment includes approximately eight meetings during the period September 2026–April 2027. Do you have the opportunity to participate as a mentor in the programme? Please contact ledningsstod@abe.kth.se no later than 14 May.
