|
Hi , Here you will find tips and news that may be useful in your studies during the coming month at KTH.
| Soon time for exams - study in a kind way
The first exam period of the academic year is just a few weeks away. For many, exams can be a source of stress and pressure. If you are experiencing anxiety, here are some tips to help you feel better. |
1. Be kind to yourself. Practice lowering your demands and expectations.
No one can do everything and make the right choice all the time.
2. Share your thoughts with
someone. Talking about your feelings and sharing your
worries often makes it easier. It may also make you feel a little better.
|
|
|
3. Take care of your physical
health. Sufficient sleep and exercise
often make you feel better mentally.
4. Don't forget to take breaks. Regular breaks can improve both your focus and your
recovery. The KTH Library has collected tips and simple
activities that you can
do digitally or physically. |
